About the Position

We are seeking an experienced delivery driver and inside sales representative. This unique role combines elements of customer service, sales generation, and logistical duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer products are delivered within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Additionally, programming and other radio frequency (RF) tasks will be required to assist the Service Team.

The role also includes answering customer inquiries and engaging with customers in person or over the phone to identify their needs and provide the best solutions, with the support of the Sales Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver new or repaired radios to customer locations

Reprogram customer radios on-site

Program new radios in the office before customer delivery

Complete necessary paperwork to track repairs and deliveries

Obtain all relevant customer signatures

Coordinate with the Service Manager to assist the service team as required

Skills and Qualifications

Valid Ontario Drivers License

Clean Drivers’ Abstract

Prior Customer Service Experience Preferred

Strong Attention to Detail

Ability to Work Without Supervision

Excellent Time Management Skills

Exceptional Communication Skills (both verbal and written)

Technical Skills as Asset

Must be a permanent Resident of Canada

Must pass a Police Background Check
