We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Scale Clerk for our Brinston location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for office reception and answers and directs calls in friendly and timely manner.
  • Conducts inbound and outbound computerized truck releases
  • Grain Grading
  • Maintaining paperwork for IP program
  • Assist with HACCP/CPRIS programme and maintain files
  • Making tags
  • Shipping of samples to appropriate labs with appropriate paperwork
  • Availability to work overtime, including weekends Direct traffic to loading bins and pits

Key qualifications would include

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Grain Grading knowledge would be an asset
  • Ability to think quickly and make logical decisions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to meet changing priorities in a fast-paced environment , multi-task and meet deadlines
