🔧 Le défi : Superviseur maintenance
Relevant du Directeur de production, vous aurez la responsabilité de diriger, planifier et développer l’équipe de maintenance tout en agissant comme ambassadeur en santé et sécurité . Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’entretien mécanique, la gestion des actifs, et l’implantation d’un programme de maintenance préventive optimisé via notre GMAO (Interal).
🧠 Votre rôle : coaching, gestion des processus, amélioration continue et optimisation des coûts.
📌 Vos missions principales :
• Planifier et suivre la maintenance préventive
• Encadrer les travaux mécaniques, bâtiments et équipements
• Gérer les sous-traitants et les achats de pièces
• Participer aux projets de réaménagements
• Soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration continue
• Collaborer à la planification budgétaire

Our product range includes roller screening equipment, wear-resistant coated rollers, vacuum filtration systems, heavy oil burners, ore and pellet transport equipment, and key components for induration furnaces. 🚀
🔧 The Challenge: Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and supporting the maintenance team , while acting as a health and safety ambassador . You will play a key role in mechanical maintenance, asset management, and the optimization of our preventive maintenance program using the CMMS (Interal) .
🧠 Your focus : coaching, process control, continuous improvement, and cost optimization.
📌 Main Responsibilities :
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance activities
• Supervise mechanical, building, and equipment maintenance
• Manage subcontractors and order parts as needed
• Support plant layout changes and new equipment installation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate in annual budget planning with cost-reduction goals
