We are currently seeking a full-time Coordinator Team Lead to join our Calgary team. This opportunity offers strong potential for career development within the organization.
About the Role:
As a Coordinator Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Care Coordinators and our field employees, along with our clients, helping ensure that every individual receives attentive, high-quality care. You'll work closely with our Health Care Workers and Nursing Team, contributing to the legacy of Classic LifeCare through ongoing learning and meaningful connections.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for working alongside our Branch Lead, building strong relationships within the company and outside the company, managing client and employee schedules, and ensuring prompt, effective responses to client and staff needs.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Leadership Team to oversee and work with Client Care Coordinators to ensure safe, quality care for Classic LIfeCare’s clients and field employees.
- Work with the Leadership Team to hold the Client Care Coordinators accountable to their job roles.
- Be the first point of support for employees by assisting with requests as needed.
- Comprehend and adhere to funder contracts, ensuring that Classic LifeCare consistently complies with the stipulated terms and conditions
- Collect feedback via phone and home visits to ensure client and employee satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and conflict resolution support if service was not satisfactory.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as phone support and data entry
- Assist with HR functions such as screening and interviewing candidates for Health Care Worker and LPN roles
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation

- Prior experience in customer service
- High attention to detail and strong time management, especially under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
