About the role

On-site | Full time | Senior (5+ years) A Snapshot of Your Day As a key member of the leadership team, your focus will be on providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to hit our targets, drive sales growth and increase profitability. Reporting to the legal entity CFO and partnering with Instrument Transformer Division General Manager, you will be accountable for the execution of the financial activities including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and analysis.

Your Tasks:

  • Support the leadership team in making critical business decisions with accurate and timely data driven insights and reports.
  • Plan, implement and oversee the overall finance strategy that supports the short and long-term goals, including but not limited to the revenue growth, profitability, and cash management.
  • Asist in continuous improvement of financial policies, practices, reporting and planning processes.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections and following the achievement of targets with department managers.
  • Oversee the monthly financial statement close process and coordinate the timely and accurate preparation/review of the monthly financial reporting packages for management and other stakeholders.
  • Together with the General Manager, approve sales price, CapEx, OpEx and financial T/C’s while considering financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner and collaborate with other Finance teams and internal departments to gather/share information necessary to support financial results.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team members while fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Engineering degree would be preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience leading finance teams in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with SAP.
  • Proven track record in continuously improving financial processes.
