Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager: On behalf of our Technology Program Management & Transformation client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager - Job Description: The project involves International Banking – Data Migration and Transformation to Cloud, aiming to manage cloud data integration and governance for IB. The role focuses on delivering efficient and standardized solutions that enable different business areas to access and use data securely and effectively.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:
- Navigate Agile environments with confidence.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Deliver high-quality results under tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Manage risks proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and lead with accountability.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects.
- Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools and data engineering workflows.
- Spanish language proficiency.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance requirements in banking.
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager – Assignment Length: The contract is approximately 2.5 months with a good possibility of extension.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager - Start Date: ASAP.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile Delivery Manager - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite.
