What you’ll be doing:
-
Client Support (Primary Role):
Provide personal care and assistance with hygiene, mobility, dressing, feeding, and medication remindersOffer companionship and emotional support to seniors in their homes or retirement communities
Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and accompany clients to appointments
Accurately document visits and communicate any client changes to care supervisors
Build meaningful rapport with clients and their families -
️ Administrative & Office Support (Secondary Role – when not on PSW shift):
- Answer client calls and inquiries, manage digital records, and support shift scheduling
- Help with the onboarding process of new staff and maintain client files
- Assist in community outreach and represent the company at events or facility presentations
- Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint or other tools to promote services to referral sources, partners, and potential clients Support social media updates, email follow-ups, and marketing coordination
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Canadian work experience as a Personal Support Worker
-
PSW certificate from a recognized institution
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
-
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-
Confident in small-group presentations and public-facing interactions
-
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
-
Ability to travel within Kitchener, Waterloo and nearby areas
-
