Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- Process accounts payable weekly payments
- Process monthly member invoices
- Process member receipts for monthly withdrawals
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience working with Sage is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing proficiency
- Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements
- University/college degree in a related discipline is an asset
- Previous accounting experience required
