Sr. Business Analyst - Process Automation
12 month "term" contract opportunity, potential to extend
"Hybrid" work environment, 1 day per week in the Vancouver office
Desired skills & experience:
- Business Process Mapping
- Requirements gathering re: financial processes
- Analyze current state billing workflows
- End-to-end project delivery, from discovery and design through to implementation
- Workday, Salesforce, and RPA automation tools is an asset
- Previous "Higher Education" experience would be an asset
- Previous experience with implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Recruitment Systems, Salesforce, APIs, MuleSoft, Utility Management Systems, Student Information Systems, Workday or other similar off-the- shelf (COTS)
Salary in the range of $130,000 - $140,000 for the 12 month term.
