I’m Carson Reid , a BCIT Sales & Marketing grad and current team lead at MAG Solar . We’re hiring energetic and driven students to join our door-to-door solar sales team for this summer.

- Hands-on experience in real sales—not just shadowing or making coffee
- Daily sales training and mentorship from experienced reps
- Build top-tier business skills: communication, negotiation, persuasion , and resilience
- Learn how to close deals and build client relationships —skills that last a lifetime
What to expect:
- Commission-based pay : Earn $450–$1,000 per sale
- Prime time to sell: BC Hydro is currently offering a $5,000 rebate – and the sun is shining.
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license
- Ideal for ambitious self-starters looking to challenge themselves and grow
