Product Specialist, Brand (12 Month Contract) (Hybrid - Toronto)

As a specialist on the Product Team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for the team across Beverage, Food and Lobby, and will help lead key go-to-market and development processes for Canada, as well as support execution of Sustainability initiatives, product launches and our Licensed Store portfolio.
As a Product Specialist, Brand you will:
Support & Coordination:
o You will lead several processes, including cross-functional product development meetings and product promo submissions, support go-to-market for the Product team through product assortment guide, item setup and several other systems
o You will coordinate administrative programs such as system transitions, translations or data validation
o You will identify and implement processes to improve workflows, organization and communication
o You will also serve as a primary point of contact for key product processes, including promo product inputs, item creation and product data systems
Lead Executions:
o You will lead initiatives for the Product team across Product and Sustainability, working cross-functionally to bring programs to life in-store with executional excellence leveraging your understanding of product systems and process

Strong project leadership & management skills; organized, high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders; can work effectively and cross-functionally in a remote environment

Naturally builds trust and respect amongst peer group; has experience working in a matrix environment and is a strong team player

Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of a team

Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively

Occasional local travel required for offsite meetings/tasting sessions will be required
