Responsibilities
- Helps develop and maintain account administration standards, procedures and controls in order to improve efficiency and reliability of the team.
- Liaises with internal and external clients and builds client relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving client issues.
- Completes performance reviews and sets team objectives with the help of the manager in order to provide leadership, maintain good morale and foster teamwork.
- Supervises the activities of a group of specialist to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to a select number of corporate and institutional clients and coordinate and to assign workload and schedule tasks.
- Authorizes cheques, wires and foreign exchange requests so that specialists can administer accounts.
- Monitors activity in client accounts to ensure adherence to legislation and contractual agreements.
Qualifications
- University degree
- 3-5 years progressive experience
- Leadership ability
- Excellent communications skills
- Good time management, organizational and analytical skills
