As a Counter Staff member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, providing information about menu items and specials.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Prepare food items as needed, adhering to kitchen standards and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within a kitchen setting is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$21.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
