Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of both Contemporary and classic cocktails As well as at least 5 years of bartending experience in a high volume, full dining setting. We are hiring for full-time mature candidates with an open availabilty. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A VALID SMART SERVE. AT LEAST 5YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the flow and production of service drinks
• Clean, organize and maintain a well stocked bar and service well
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries or concerns, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Any closing duties assigned by the Manager on Duty
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, handling reservations and inquiries professionally.

Pay: $18.75-$20.33 per hour
