Receptionist / Marketing
Our Receptionist/ Marketing is the first point of contact for customers. As a member of our R&S Supreme Mobile Wash Inc team, you will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with each customer to create brand and company loyalty. This position is responsible for answering phones, paperwork, and inbound sales functions.

All applicants must answer prescreening questions. Applicant who did not answer prescreening questions will not be reviewed.

What will you need to be part of our team?

• Fluent English
• Basic computer skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong knowledge of social media
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills including superb telephone demeanour
• Enthusiastic problem solver; able to effectively resolve conflict situations
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy with detailed work
• Flexible and open to change; an initiative to take on special tasks as needed

What will be your responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers by phone
• Operate a multi-line phone system and handle incoming calls for all parties
• Provide central support for all team members
• Prepare and process marketing emails, promotional letters, price quotes, etc.
• Research prospective customers

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
