Luggage City is one of Canada’s longest-standing independent specialty luggage retailers. We manufacture and retail a wide range of high-quality leather goods, luggage, and handbags.
We are currently seeking a Skilled Tradesperson with hands-on experience in repairing luggage-related items such as suitcases, duffle bags, backpacks, handbags, and other travel accessories. Experience in repairing handbags or shoes is also highly valuable and transferable for this role, as it demonstrates the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail we're looking for.

Main Duties
- Perform high-quality repairs on a variety of luggage and travel goods
- Replace zippers, wheels, handles, and other hardware
- Repair or reinforce stitching and internal linings
- Assess damage and provide repair estimates
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with customers or team members to clarify repair requirements
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous experience in luggage, leather, or bag repairs (required)
- Skilled in using hand tools, sewing machines, and other repair equipment
- Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tickets
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
