About the role
A career in our Chief Data and Analytics Office (“CDAO”) within PwC’s Business Enablement team will provide you with the opportunity to leverage innovative solutions to enable data-driven decision making for our organization. We are dedicated to helping our leaders transform data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and other data products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting tools. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Capital, and other parts of the business to support our developers and project team members to ensure that our dashboards meet the strategic needs of our leadership and drive informed decision-making.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an Experience Data Scientist at the Manager level, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Develop, deliver, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting tools to support informed leadership decision-making
-
Use statistical modeling methods for data transformation, cleansing, and analytical approach development
-
Assess data requirements and quality, and resolve data-related challenges during product and project execution
-
Design and implement custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets, and support junior team members as required
-
Present technical demos and obtain feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure quality and performance of data products
-
Maintain a strong understanding of business strategy and operations in relevant functional areas and Lines of Service
-
Build proof-of-concept (PoC) transformations and feature engineering to align data with project needs
-
Collaborate with technical teams beyond Predictive Analytics and Insights, including Data Architecture, Engineering, and Visualization
-
Provide ad hoc support for initiatives outside your direct projects to contribute to wider team objectives
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
-
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
-
Experience in a data and/or analytics role, preferably in a corporate environment
-
Knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to develop analytical and statistical models using Python
-
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization platforms, especially Microsoft Power BI
-
Extensive experience in data transformation, cleansing, and model development
-
Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and AutoML tools (H2O.ai preferred), as well as basic understanding of Generative AI
-
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to senior leadership and non-technical audiences
-
Experience delivering presentations and reports on project progress, outcomes, and actionable insights
-
Comfort working with limited information and ambiguity, and demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
-
Interest in mentoring and coaching junior staff, with a willingness to upskill and support team members beyond formal reporting lines
-
