About the role

Our client, a multi-faceted visual communications media company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their digital signage sales team. The role focuses on managing the day-to-day relationship with their existing accounts. The team is built to provide digital signage services for large-scale digital signage networks as a single turnkey provider. Account Managers work with customers to be their voice inside of the company. They take customer requests and work with other internal department managers to ensure all customer needs are being met. If you have experience working in client services, customer success, project management, or in the creative or technology fields, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.

  • Understand our customers’ digital signage network objectives.

  • Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the customer’s network objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.

  • Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

  • Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.

Skills and Competencies
We’re looking for a customer service professional that is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content. The Account Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and need to excel with organization. He or She gather information from the customer and act as an internal representation of the customer inside the company. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure all the customers are receiving high touch customer service at all of their interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
