Job Description The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the Purchasing and Demand departments in their daily tasks. This person generates various reports and creates inbound deliveries in SAP. They update departmental KPIs and are responsible for managing the info-purchasing email inbox. The intern also acts as a backup during vacation periods for the planners.
This position could also be full time (37.5h per week) if the final candidat has availability. Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Update and distribute various reports for the Demand and Purchasing teams and optimize them when necessary.
- Manage the department’s general email inbox and create inbound delivery documents (INBOUND).
- Update and publish various departmental KPIs.
- Support the teams in various projects (e.g., training documents, internal directory management, tool improvements).
- Provide vacation coverage, including following up on files and orders with the support of other buyers, as well as performing other related tasks.
Essential Requirements What you’ll bring to the role :
- Have or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
