We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outside Sales and Administrative Coordinator. This hybrid role combines direct customer engagement and sales development with back-office administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives both in the field and in an office environment, is highly organized, and enjoys multitasking in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:Outside Sales (60%):
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct in-person sales visits and product/service presentations.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking functions as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Administrative Support (40%):
- Handle data entry, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Support internal operations including order processing, invoicing, and shipping coordination.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong administrative or clerical background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM software experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
