4L Communications is a family-owned and operated TELUS dealer with 23 locations across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Inside Sales and Support (ISS) rep for our Winnipeg region.

As the Inside Sales and Support (ISS) rep, you will be responsible for managing the relationship of existing business clients – the details of this role include:

Meet minimum required sales quotas as set by management

Complete 100% attempts for all assigned Salesforce lists from TELUS
-
Perform onboarding/deployment of devices to Winnipeg (and surrounding)

Support 4L communications with outbound business activity and marketing
-
Achieve acceptable level of cross-sell products (Business Connect, Security, Fleet Tracking, and Wireline)

Drive customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
-
Demonstrate features and benefits of products and services to customers

Contract with customers on behalf of TELUS
-
Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards

Stay abreast of company and competitor products, pricing, and solutions

Maintain a professional image in appearance, conduct, and mannerisms
The position may also require additional responsibilities and duties as requested by management.
Compensation: $80K-100K expected yearly earnings
- Includes commissions and bonuses
Travel Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting to business clients and events
