About The Radius Group
Haven’t won the lottery yet?
It’s ok.
Neither have any of us here at The Radius Group. Early retirement isn’t in the cards.
But guess what?
We’re making the BEST of it – literally!
In 2023, our merry team won the Richmond Chamber of Commerce’s Business Excellence award for “Large Business of the Year”.
We do a lot of things right (we say this humbly, of course). But what we do BEST, and what primarily won us this award, is our CULTURE.
Backed by our unique “DNA” Principles (30 in total), our culture is the ideal mix of fun and professional.
We laugh. We have a good time. We look out for each other.
But while we like to keep things fairly loose, we’re DEAD serious about what we do:
We keep communities safe.
Indeed, protecting people is central to everything we do. And we’ve been doing it for a while…
…for The Radius Group is BC’s oldest and largest fire protection, fire safety, and commercial security company. Our security division (Radius Security) is helping us make our mark across the map, as we have established offices (and wicked teams) in Alberta, Ontario and Texas.
Yup, Texas (the reasons are manifold, but the fact that Texans know their way around a BBQ certainly had something to do with it).
But no matter the office, working here is NOT just a job. It is a career that you can brag about. Whether you're here doing data entry, helping prospect new customers, answering customer inquiries, designing or installing the newest and greatest Remote Guarding Security system (our beautiful one-of-a-kind tailor-made security systems), inspecting and filling an extinguisher, in the field doing inspection or repairs, or balancing budgets in Accounting - every SINGLE role is needed to make this engine work.
At The Radius Group, you’ll find everything you need:
Culture (non-stuffy, family-owned, certified fun)
Meaning (ensuring people are safe with regards to fire prevention and security)
Stability (safety never sleeps; demand for our services is steady and reliable)
Like always, we're on the hunt for the BEST talent and teammates out there. People who will help us achieve some exciting goals in the next few years... from business expansion, team growth, new product development, leaning-out our internal processes (and the list goes on…)
Are you ready to make a difference, and become a hero without a cape?
Come build your career with us... and have fun while doing so!
P.S. Not only do we take care of our communities through the services we offer, we also feel it is our RESPONSIBILITY to take care of our community at large. Through our employee-led COMMUNITY MATTERS team, we have created some incredible partnerships with organizations across B.C. that help either support youth facing barriers or families impacted by the devastation of fire.
