Overview:
Join our team in a pivotal role focused on optimizing the maintenance department's administrative processes. As an integral member, you will be responsible for the schedule, travel and camp booking for the maintenance personnel, while working closely with the supervision in the field to ensure dates and site requirements are communicated properly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead administrative support for the maintenance department, ensuring streamlined and efficient processes.
- Execute data entry tasks with utmost accuracy and speed.
- Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to provide relevant information and resources, enabling them to excel in their primary functions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and innovatively.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Administrative Experience.
- Minimum 1-year Administrative Experience around Heavy Equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates with a related post-secondary education.
- Strong skillset in data entry with emphasis on accuracy.
- Proficient in MS 365 systems, particularly in Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new software’s and systems.
