Our team is looking for a strong B2B marketer to join us and manage social media campaigns for our growing B2B media practice.

About you: Great campaign execution is your specialty with creativity mixed in and you enjoy supporting your team and the sales team. You always look for new ways to innovate our social media efforts.
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly detail oriented, and creative thinker. Someone who is proficient in taking a campaign idea and leading it through the planning, executing, and measuring phases to create memorable and impactful B2B marketing. This is a highly collaborative and visible position, so good communication and interpersonal skills are a must. While the responsibility will be the US market, collaboration and cooperation with the Canadian team will be required. This role reports to the Director of Platforms and Performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, execute, and measure social campaigns to achieve brand awareness and/or lead generation
- Lead efforts to create a holistic campaigns measurement strategy to track marketing campaigns success and communicate results to stakeholders
- Oversee social media strategy and execution including paid campaigns (LinkedIn. Meta, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create campaigns and/or events that promote services/products
- Work in conjunction with creative teams to create collateral to complement campaigns
- Manage a subsection of the overall media budget
- Ensure effective communication strategies with colleagues and clients
- Perform additional functions and administrative tasks as required for media activation
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of social/digital campaign planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Creative thinking as applied to B2B marketing campaigns and events
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and job levels to accomplish responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, Meta, and marketing automation software experience preferred
Additional Information The salary range for this position is $85k-$95k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
