We at Raise are hiring a Change Management Strategist for one of our top clients, a leading financial institution. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.
Job Overview As a Change Management Strategist, you are an expert in change management and will ensure the success of our project deliveries in Client Experience & Technology by keeping the client at the center of everything you do to deliver delightful experiences.
The ultimate goal of the Change Management Strategist is to create and execute change strategies that drive business results. Whether it is a process, system, or product change (or all of the above), we are only successful if clients or team members change their behaviors and start doing something in a way that drives value.
Key Responsibilities
- You will drive behavior change by coordinating and aligning all stakeholders, partners and experts to create a holistic change strategy for clients, as well as readiness strategies that prepare team members to support the successful adoption of the change.
- You will use data and insights to inform strategies you know clients will love and will drive value
- You are a passionate storyteller and understand how all of the pieces come together to create change.
Role Deliverables This role will take on multiple projects coming out of the CXT PLAID SDLC based on Change Management intake an prioritization. Some examples of current projects in our resourcing backlog include:
- CIAM (Client Identity & Access Management) Phase 2
- Alerts & Notifications
- Client Care Authentications
- Genesys Client Enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Change Management experience driving change.
- Prosci Change Management Certification an asset
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) an asset
- Strong communication skills - the ability to promote a clear vision to different audiences, altering one’s style, language, and approach
- Collaboration - working with and directing whoever is required to create a holistic and effective change plan
- Storytelling - taking people along on the journey and having them feel connected to its success
- Able to give feedback - effective in having difficult conversations and using data and information to help achieve best outcomes for all
- Strategic thinking - can think through the intended journey we are trying to create and connect pieces to produce desired results
