We’re now looking for a Senior Art Director to lead the visual identity and execution of our next generation of slot games and other game types of original and brand-led games for the future. What’s the position?
We’re looking for a super talented Senior Art Director, you’ll lead the creative vision of our in-house slot games—from concept art and mood boards to production and polish—ensuring a consistent, high-quality look across everything we build. You’ll work hands-on and high-level, partnering closely with design, math, engineering, and external contributors to ensure each game looks stunning, plays smoothly, and reflects our player-first values.
This is a key leadership role for someone with both creative mastery and production chops—someone who leads by example, understands how games get made, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Game Art Vision: Define and direct the visual identity of each game, from game concept to final polish—through clear creative direction and compelling concept art.
- Create Concept Art: Develop characters, environments, UI themes, and mood boards to establish visual direction, especially for internal & external development partners.
- Lead Internal & External Art Teams: Produce key assets and style guides while guiding artists to deliver high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product, design, math, and engineering to bring ideas to life within creative and technical constraints.
- Prototype & Iterate: Build visual prototypes and motion tests to refine ideas and solve presentation challenges early.
- Oversee Production: Manage timelines, asset delivery, and feedback loops to ensure quality and alignment throughout the art pipeline working with other lead team members.
- Evolve Design Systems: Maintain scalable visual frameworks and reusable assets to support speed and consistency across titles.
- Inspire Creative Talent: Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class art team, fostering a collaborative and design-driven culture.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a results-driven leader who excels in transforming creative game concepts into market-leading game products. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced art leader who understands what makes a great slot and other games feel unforgettable. You’ll have the vision, technical depth, and production experience to lead both hands-on and cross-functional creative efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep experience leading art direction for real-money slot games, with multiple shipped titles at a AAA-level quality.
- Portfolio link showing games created should be provided when applying.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original game art direction—including concepting, asset design, UI/UX, and animation pipelines.
- 7+ years of experience in casino game development, with leadership in both creative direction and asset delivery.
- Mastery of 2D/3D art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Spine, Unity/Unreal) and fluency in both vector and bitmap workflows.
- Ability to work across diverse art styles, from photorealistic to stylized or branded IPs, while respecting artistic integrity and licensing needs.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can pitch creative ideas to execs and explain workflows to developers with equal ease.
- A highly collaborative, fast-moving mindset—you’re comfortable working remotely, juggling multiple projects, and adapting quickly to feedback.
- Bonus points for motion graphics, animation, or video experience, and for prototyping or scripting experience that helps bring designs to life.
- A sense of humor and a passion for building compelling, high-quality player experiences.
