What You Can Expect in This Role:
- Master the art of face-to-face communication and customer engagement

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Track and report individual progress against daily and weekly goals
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support new hires
- Attend sales workshops, team meetings, and development sessions
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the brand reputation in every interaction
