About the role
Sales Representative (Commission-Only) — Earn Up to $263,680/year
Location: On-site – Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, North York, Scarborough.

Our platform helps business owners increase visibility, connect with customers, and boost sales—no technical skills required.
**Position Overview:**We are looking for driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for onboarding small and local businesses in your assigned territory, helping them launch their digital storefronts and activate subscriptions. You will also manage these accounts to ensure ongoing subscription renewals and maximize retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business clients within your assigned territory
- Guide businesses through the digital storefront setup and subscription activation
- Manage relationships with onboarded clients to ensure continued engagement and renewals
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the BizConnect24 team
Compensation & Earnings Potential:
- 60% commission on the initial $100 subscription payment per customer
- 10% recurring commission on monthly renewals for customers you onboard and manage
- Weekly commission payouts via direct deposit or Interac e-transfer
Note: Earnings assume consistent sales activity and customer retention over 12 months.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (field sales, cold calling, door-to-door, or similar)
- Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
- Self-motivated with the discipline to work on assigned territory
- Comfortable with in-person sales interactions
