With a strong marketing team & propriety software tools, we’re building the most agent-empowered brokerage in the country — and now we’re hiring a recruiter to scale our team.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful recruiter to drive our agent growth engine. You’ll be on the front lines — making cold calls, sending outreach messages, and getting licensed agents interested in learning more about joining us & making sure they are also a right culture fit for our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls daily to licensed agents across Ontario
- Use tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Clay, and social media DMs to run structured outreach campaigns
- Follow a proven pitch and tailor messaging to agent profiles
- Book appointments with interested recruits and walk them through our presentation.
- Track all activity in CRM and update pipelines in real time
- Hit weekly KPIs for calls, outreach, and booked appointments
- Update presentation and pitch as we expand our tech stack & agent offerings.
- Help improve recruitment scripts, templates, and targeting strategies
- Represent The Zadegan Group’s culture, value prop, and offerings in all communications

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or recruiting (real estate industry is a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and persistent with follow-ups
- Tech-savvy: you’ll be using CRMs, outreach tools, and automations daily. Communicating with our backend teams to ensure a steady recruiting process.
