Position Information

  • Reports to: Director, Supply Chain & Parts Distribution

Summary Of Responsibilities This role will provide essential support to the Parts and Accessories Supply Chain, Inside Sales and Warehousing Teams during the transition from the legacy system to SAP S/4HANA. Will perform assigned day-to-day departmental responsibilities to assist and enable identified key staff (SMEs) to focus on critical pre, actual and post Go-live tasks relating to SAP S/4HANA Project implementation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support data migration and master data setup for material master related objects.
  • Assist the procurement dept in all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to KPI reporting and report generation.
  • Assist the inside sales dept in all aspects of daily operations, including, but not limited to order processing, internal and external inquiries, program administration and reporting.
  • Assist the warehouse with data-driven reports and analytics as it relates to the legacy system and as we move into the new system.
  • Provide daily operational support for SAP users, including troubleshooting system issues and managing change requests.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Program of Study: Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 3+ Years

Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana PTP or other modules
  • Nice to have Extended Warehouse Management experience
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerBI, SAC
