Summary

The Stylist / Studio Coordinator position will manage the flow of products in, around, and out of the Photo Studio along with all scheduling. This position will be responsible for styling products for e-commerce photography and marketing campaigns. A strong fashion sense, and ability to align styling with brand aesthetics will be critical. The ideal candidate understands brand identity and art direction. This role requires collaboration with creative teams, photographers, and coordinators to ensure cohesive and impactful brand representation across all platforms.

Studio Duties/Responsibilities

  • Pull products for E-commerce & Marketing shoots
  • Put together outfit pairings for e-comm & marketing shoots based on brand direction
  • Prep products for E-commerce & Marketing Shoots
  • Retag & Pack products after Photo shoots
  • Lead styling on photoshoot set - attend all marketing and e-comm shoots to execute styling
  • Demonstrate proper techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damages
  • Booking models, selecting models and scheduling photo shoots and maintain the photo studio schedule
  • Assist in pulling online assets
  • Lead in inputting data online for e-commerce products that were photographed and uploading of images to drives for overnight team to edit
  • Scan in daily shipments of products
  • Scan out daily products to be returned to DC
  • Sample product management
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of photography efforts across all channels

Styling & Content Creation:

  • Style products for e-commerce shoots, ensuring consistency in brand aesthetic across all product images.
  • Prepare and coordinate clothing, accessories, and props for studio and lifestyle shoots.
  • Collaborate with photographers and models to ensure visually appealing and accurate product representation.
  • Ensure proper fit, drape, and overall presentation of garments in all imagery.
  • Curate and style looks for seasonal campaigns, influencer partnerships, and social media content.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging visuals that align with brand identity.
  • Assist in styling for video shoots, including behind-the-scenes content and promotional materials.
  • Stay on top of fashion trends and competitor styling strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Operations:

  • Coordinate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of photoshoots and content creation.
  • Provide styling guidance to internal teams, including customer service and sales associates, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in fashion styling, e-commerce, or marketing-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and digital content creation.
  • Experience styling for e-commerce, editorial shoots, or fashion marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with photographers, videographers, and creative teams.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms a plus.
