Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience by maintaining a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive and skilled in various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Conduct inspections of premises to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Assist in the supervision of external contractors when necessary.
- Maintain records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints for repair work.
- Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
