Type of hiring – Fulltime
Location – Markham, ON (Hybrid - 3 days’ work from office)
Must have experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Big Data.
Job Description:
Top Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer (Informatica PowerCenter (10.5.7) and Informatica Big Data Management)
- Proven experience as Database Developer, hands on experience in writing DDLS and DMLS for relational databases
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries for Adhoc reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in the insurance industry & able to understand underwriting data terminology.
- Experience in supporting finance systems.
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer (Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica BDM)
- Proven experience as Database Developer, hands on experience in writing DDLS and DMLS for relational databases
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries for Adhoc reporting.
- Experience on automation tools like Control-M, ASG ZENA Experience in writing Unix scripts.
- Experience in any Reporting tool (SAP Business Objects, Qlik Reporting)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
- Above average communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and comprehending business requirement documents.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
