TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES
- Répondre aux demandes quotidiennes des clients.
- Assurer la coordination des activités à l’interne permettant de répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Revoir et approuver les nouvelles factures des clients tous les mois.
- Aider à assurer le suivi des débiteurs des clients.
- Aider à la production de rapports spécialisés pour les clients.
- Préparer des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels à l’intention des clients désignés.
- Préparer des estimations trimestrielles pour le financement des dividendes pour certains clients privilégiés.
- Aider à préparer les envois postaux trimestriels pour les clients désignés.
- Assurer la gestion des envois postaux pour l’assemblée générale annuelle et établir le processus (notification et accès, vote électronique, distribution électronique, rapports sur les procurations, préparation du compte-rendu de l’assemblée).
- Traiter les libérations, réémissions et corrections de liquidités et d’actions.
- Veiller à la mise à jour du contenu Web.
- Remplir et tenir des fiches pour les clients désignés.
- Assurer la gestion des rachats, conversions et échanges habituels.
- S’assurer du respect des politiques, des procédures et des exigences réglementaires.
- Exécuter d’autres tâches assignées.
EXIGENCES LIÉES AU POSTE :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires ou expérience équivalente, de préférence en administration des affaires
- De une à trois années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Bilinguisme (français, anglais)
- Deux années d’expérience, au minimum, au sein du secteur des transferts de titres, et connaissance approfondie des opérations
- Connaissance des suites Microsoft Office et Google
- Réussite du cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM), un atout
