TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES

  • Répondre aux demandes quotidiennes des clients.
  • Assurer la coordination des activités à l’interne permettant de répondre aux demandes des clients.
  • Revoir et approuver les nouvelles factures des clients tous les mois.
  • Aider à assurer le suivi des débiteurs des clients.
  • Aider à la production de rapports spécialisés pour les clients.
  • Préparer des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels à l’intention des clients désignés.
  • Préparer des estimations trimestrielles pour le financement des dividendes pour certains clients privilégiés.
  • Aider à préparer les envois postaux trimestriels pour les clients désignés.
  • Assurer la gestion des envois postaux pour l’assemblée générale annuelle et établir le processus (notification et accès, vote électronique, distribution électronique, rapports sur les procurations, préparation du compte-rendu de l’assemblée).
  • Traiter les libérations, réémissions et corrections de liquidités et d’actions.
  • Veiller à la mise à jour du contenu Web.
  • Remplir et tenir des fiches pour les clients désignés.
  • Assurer la gestion des rachats, conversions et échanges habituels.
  • S’assurer du respect des politiques, des procédures et des exigences réglementaires.
  • Exécuter d’autres tâches assignées.

EXIGENCES LIÉES AU POSTE :

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires ou expérience équivalente, de préférence en administration des affaires
  • De une à trois années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Bilinguisme (français, anglais)
  • Deux années d’expérience, au minimum, au sein du secteur des transferts de titres, et connaissance approfondie des opérations
  • Connaissance des suites Microsoft Office et Google
  • Réussite du cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM), un atout
