As the day time Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service. *Duties*

Supervise all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality

Manage train kitchen staff

Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
-Inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*Skills*

Extensive experience in the food industry with a strong background in cooking, food service, and restaurant operations

Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of culinary professionals
-
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
-
A strong knowledge of seafood preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

Great personal presentation and hygiene

Passionate about the industry

AHS Food Safety Certificate

Experience and full understanding of food costing

Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
