The Revenue Stock & Distribution Services team is hiring a temporoary Revenue Stock Representative position at headoffice in North Vancouver for six (6) months.
Your exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner is key to your success in this role as it relates to providing solutions to Autoplan Brokers regarding revenue stock, reconciliation and personalized numbered plates. Your demonstrated working knowledge of Policy Center, Broker Connect Stock Center applications and SAP database are essential in order to accurately assess situations. Your general understanding of theAutoplan Procedures, Motor Vehicle Act & Regulations, Autoplan Agency Agreement, Personalized Number Plate Database, Mobile Agency Agreement and audit processes will also help you respond to enquiries effectively. This knowledge, along with your keen eye for detail and analytical skills, will allow you to perform detailed reconciliation work and identify discrepancies. We are looking for a team player who is customer focused, positive, and quick to learn Revenue Stock processes, policies, and procedures.
Successful candidates must have:
- Knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of automated resource planning and logistic software programs such as SAP
- Knowledge of the personalized plate program, processes, and PNP Database
- Knowledge ofwarehousing, inventory management and supply chain management
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience working as a Revenue Stock representative or similar role will be considered an asset
Knowledge of the following systems will be considered an asset:
- Special Coverages
- SAP – LO
- Broker Connect and Stock Centre
- Policy Center
- Personalized Number Plate System
- Veracore Inventory Management System

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
