Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival at the dealership.
· Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to understand their requirements for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
· Showcase vehicles and demonstrate their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
· Conduct test drives and accompany customers on a journey to discover the perfect vehicle for them.
· Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and additional services available to customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet dealership objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
· Stay up-to-date on products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries.
· Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
· Follow the dealership's and the brand’s pre-set procedures and policies
· Maintain excellent email etiquette when responding to leads
· Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and record data
Qualifications:
· Organized and self-motivated
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
· Ability to work both independently as well as alongside a team
· Ability to overcome customer objections
· Knowledge of JLR vehicles and their features is a plus.
· Good computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury market required
· Social media knowledge is an asset
· OMVIC certificate required.
· Bilingualism an asset
