Who we're looking for
Viacore Calgary is looking for a self-motivated Solution Specialist (Outside Sales) to join its growing, dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong work ethic, excellent in-person communication and telecommunication skills, customer-service skills, and ability to prioritize and self- manage.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities (Include all the essential functions of the job):·

Maintain excellent customer relations; call on existing accounts in assigned territory, identify and call new accounts in territory.

Complete and submit Monthly sales reports.
-
Perform belt and conveyor inspections.
-
Inspect and recommend all service requirements on material handling systems.
-
Maintain clear and frequent communication with branch personnel in regard to latest customer information.
-
Complete job scopes & organizing service crews in conjunction with Sales/Service Supervisors.
-
Review upcoming work with Shop Foreman/Service Manager and Inside Sales.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge/Education & Experience:
-
Industrial sales experience
-
Proven record of sales achievement and excellence in customer service.
Certification required:
-
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDC)
-
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
Skills & Abilities:
-
Excellent communication skills, especially telecommunication
-
Mechanical aptitude a must
-
Strong working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Outlook, Internet)

Ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers, identify needs and sales opportunities.

Attention to detail
-
Strong prioritizing and self-management abilities

Understanding of service fundamentals
