Position Overview:
As a Technology Adoption Specialist aligned to Compugen’s Cisco practice, your mission is to ensure customers realize the full value of their Cisco technology investments. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and Cisco partners to guide customers through their lifecycle journey—driving adoption, business outcome achievement, and retention.
Reporting to the Director, Technology Adoption, you will execute standardized customer engagement practices based on Cisco’s **Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew (LAER)** model, focusing on business outcomes, adoption milestones, and customer health.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Cisco customers with Enterprise Agreements and guide them through their lifecycle journey—from onboarding and adoption to renewal.

  • Partner with customers to create and drive Customer Success Plans (CSPs) that align technology usage to measurable business outcomes.

  • Conduct regular success reviews to review consumption, assess progress, adjust goals, and reinforce the value delivered.

  • Drive adoption and consumption of Cisco software, solutions, and services (e.g., Success Tracks, EA, DNA, Meraki, Security, Webex).

  • Leverage usage analytics and telemetry (e.g., CX Cloud, LCI) to proactively identify gaps, accelerate time-to-value, and mitigate risk.

  • Facilitate workshops, demos, or use case development to help customers operationalize key features and capabilities.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs are addressed and their feedback informs future offerings.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to ensure timely and smooth renewals, demonstrating realized value.

  • Work closely with Compugen’s Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Support teams to align engagement around customer goals.

  • Engage with Cisco’s Partner Success Managers (PSMs) to ensure coordinated lifecycle delivery.

  • Support lifecycle incentive (LCI) execution and documentation as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales roles in the IT or technology services industry.

  • Familiarity with Cisco software and lifecycle solutions (e.g., Success Tracks, EA, CX Cloud) is highly desirable.

  • Cisco CX certification is highly desirable.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technology adoption strategies.

  • Proven track record of driving product or service adoption and increasing customer satisfaction.

  • Organized, data-driven, and comfortable using tools to manage customer health, KPIs, and action plans.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a customer-first, outcome-focused culture.
