We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic, mission-driven team in the international health insurance space. This is more than just a sales role — it's a chance to make a difference in the lives of students, professionals, and families living abroad. You'll play a key role in expanding access to quality insurance coverage by cultivating strong relationships with school administrators, agents, and partners across the globe.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers, agents, and consulting partners
- Attend industry events and client meetings
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored international insurance solutions
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts and referrals
- Expand and optimize the current distribution network
- Lead presentations, product webinars, and training sessions (including implementations, orientations, onboarding)
- Quote and present insurance programs to prospective clients and network partners
- Work cross-functionally with underwriters, marketing, and account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Track performance against departmental sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to overall strategic growth
What You Bring
- Education: Post-secondary education required
- Licensing: LLQP Life Licence (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales or international recruitment
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (written & verbal)
- Tools: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of international education and/or global travel insurance
