ASSOCIATE DENTIST – BROOKSIDE DENTAL (FREDERICTON, NB)
Thrive in a Beautiful, Modern Practice with a Supportive, Experienced Team
Brookside Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their well-established, high-volume practice in Fredericton, NB. This role offers the incoming associate an excellent opportunity to step into a busy schedule supported by a strong hygiene program, a loyal and diverse patient base, and a cohesive, well-trained clinical team. The position is ideal for a dentist who values quality patient care, clinical variety, and a collaborative work environment.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Clinical Coverage: 1–2 chairs per day depending on the day
Support: Dedicated CDA support and 5 RDHs
Clinic Setup:
Total Chairs: 14
Available to Dentists Daily: 9
All chairs typically in use daily
Practice Management Software: Curve Hero
Technology: CBCT, Pan/Ceph, digital X-rays, intraoral camera, scanning
Sedation: Nitrous and oral sedation
Environment: Modern, well-organized, and fully paperless
Clinical Scope:
Bread & Butter Dentistry
Basic Endodontics
Basic & Advanced Oral Surgery (including impactions)
Dental Implants
Team & Culture:
The clinic operates with a team of 29 staff, offering a high level of support across dental assisting, hygiene, and administration. The practice maintains a loyal, multi-generational patient base and emphasizes excellence in communication and care continuity.
Ideal Candidate:
This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and confident new graduates. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and motivated to deliver high-quality care within a busy, well-supported practice. Comfort with general dentistry and a willingness to contribute to the collaborative team environment are essential.

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
