PALFINGER is searching for a Warehouse Assembler Associate for our Niagara Falls, Ontario location. This position reports to the Production Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Unpack and inspect assembly department shipments from staging area.
- Match contents against sender’s shipping documents (invoices, packing slips). Record quantity received and any rejected quantities.
- Pick and match parts for assembly workstations in a timely fashion.
- Use order picker or forklift to replenish workstations with appropriate product. Maintain required licenses and test requirements to operate all warehouse equipment.
- Maintain stocks of receiving supplies. Advise supervisor when replacement supplies are required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 5 years related experience in a warehouse environment with understanding of Health and Safety awareness.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and safely operate a forklift (can be licensed in-house if uncertfiied).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of computers and math skills.
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly with minimal supervision.
