About the role

Faculty/Department Hill and Levene Schools of Business Unit Business Admin-Other Employee Group CUPE 2419 CUPE 5791 Job Family Category Student Number of Vacancies 1 Position Summary

This position will work under the direction of Jacqui Gagnon, Associate Professor of Accounting for the Faculty of Business, to create an Open Education Resource (OER) for introductory finance courses. The successful candidate(s) will play a key role in developing educational materials that enhance the learning experience for students. Responsibilities include HTML coding in PressBooks for style and functionality of workbook-style aspects.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to innovative educational initiatives, gain experience in academic content development, and collaborate with Academic staff in the Faculty of Business, working in finance and accounting.

Position Requirements

  • Current computer science student
  • Expertise in accounting/bookkeeping

Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range as per the CUPE 2419 student agreement Status Term Work Hours

Flexible for a total of 200 hours.
