Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook located in Brossard, QC. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations. The Cook will also assist in inventory management, adhering to food safety regulations, and contributing to menu planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a restaurant or similar setting is a plus
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent training
