BRKFREE is a brand new and immersive social gaming experience designed to make participants feel like they have entered another world. The new concept is the future of in-person entertainment for groups of all kinds, with its combination of wildly entertaining gameplay, and great food and drinks. The space will open with 35 unique and high-technology game rooms where teams will encounter physical, mental, and skill-based challenges.

The Kitchen Team Member is a great opportunity for all passionate people of all ages, backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
• Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
• Work in confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels

Qualifications:

• At least one year experience of cooking on a fast paced kitchen line and food preparation experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate the basic knowledge of cooking, following recipes, portion control, and presentation.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with the other cooks,bar/kitchen attendants, game master and managers
• Mathematical skills, including basic math, percentages, quantities, and variances are used frequently.
• Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government
• Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
