Directeurs de zone sont des leaders qui stimulant les ventes, le service et l'excellence opérationnelle dans l'emplacement. Ce role est essentiel pour concrétiser la mission d'assurern un service de premiere classe a nos clients et partenaires commerciaux. Un directeur de zone effectuera certaines fonctions d'encadrement et de formation, dirigera l'execution des normes de marchandisage et assurera la supervision generale de la zone pendante

Exigences du poste:

  • Démontrer une experience de vente dans un environment de vente au detail rapide et axe sur le service
  • Capacite démontrée a accueillir, vendre et remercier le client
  • Accorder la priorité au client ben tout temps
  • Offrir un service client memorable et hautement personnalise grace a des analyses des besoins et a des recommandations de produits
  • Offrir aux clients des produits et service promotionnels
  • Etre capable de resoudre les problemes de service la clientèles et de les faire remonter au besoin
  • Creer et entretenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les autres associes
  • Maintenir l'apparence du magasin en ce qui concerne le marchandisage visuel, l'entretien ménager et les normes d'entretien
  • Effectuer les transactions des clients de manière efficace et precise sur notre point de vente
  • Effecteur efficacement et avec precision tous les contrôles de processus requis
  • Suivre les politiques et procedures de l'entreprise et maintenir un environment de travail sur
  • Comprendre et se conformer aux procedures opérationnelles normalisées de manipulation des espèces et de prevention des pertes

Qualifications du poste:

  • Diplôme d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent requis

  • Au moins un an d'esperience dans le commerce de detail ou le service a la clientele/la supervision est preferable. Capacite a travailler sur différents quarts de travail dans un environnement axe sur l'equipe 7/365

  • Excellentes competences en service a la clientele et capacite a communiquer efficacement en anglais

  • Autonome, capable de prioriser et de gérer diverses taches simultanément

  • Capacite a s'adapter aux priorities changement et aux situations imprévues

  • Maitrise requise de la lecture, de l'ecriture net des mathématiques

  • Capacite a réussir la verification des antécédents criminels fédéraux, la verification des antecedents de Paradies et les exigences applicables de la FAA exigences du ministre des Transports

  • Travail a l'ordinateur, levage de charges lourdes (40 lbs) longues périodes debout, escalade, levage, flexion, travail de nuit, ou de fin semaine, dans un magasin ou un groupe d'associes aux ventes

  • Bilingue/français et anglais

Position Description Summary:

Zone Managers are leaders that drive sales, service, and operational excellence in the location. This role is a key to bringing our mission of ensuring First Class Service to our customers and business partners to life. A Zone Manager will perform some coaching/training functions, direct the execution of merchandising standards and provide overall Zone supervision during assigned shifts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate selling experience in a fast paced, service oriented retail setting

  • Demonstrated ability to Greet, Sell and Thank the customer

  • Put the customer first at all times

  • Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.

  • Offer customers promotional products and services

  • Be able to resolve customer service issues and escalate as required

  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates

  • Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standard

  • Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS

  • Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld

  • Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.)

  • Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environment

  • Understands and complies with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service/supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics
  • Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable FAA requirements Department of Transportation requirements
  • Computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of sales associates.
  • Able to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, nights and Stat Holidays.
  • Bilingual/French and English
