We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws and processes, providing expert guidance to clients seeking immigration services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate their immigration journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive immigration consulting services to clients, including assessment of eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Prepare and submit applications for permanent residency, work permits, study permits, and other immigration-related documents.
- Conduct thorough research on current immigration policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in client submissions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Advise clients on the best course of action based on their individual circumstances and goals.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Facilitate communication between clients and government agencies as needed.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RCIC in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations quickly and effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
