About the role

Job Description

As the Manager of Operational Process Improvement, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across North America. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement projects across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support process changes.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.
  • Experience in the retail or convenience store industry.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Other Relevant Details

  • This position is based in Toronto, ON, and may require occasional travel within North America.
