Condominium Property Manager – Huron Shores Property Management
Huron Shores Property Management is a full-service condominium corporation and townhome management company overseeing condos of various sizes throughout Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. We service condo communities and corporations through their board of directors, ensuring that all complexes are well cared for.
What qualifies YOU for this position?
Detailed oriented
Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation techniques
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Superior problem-solving skills
Must have your own vehicle with proper insurance for local travel
MUST have experience in property management (1 year+) and holds a Limited or General Licence with the CMRAO
What will your SPECIFIC duties be?
Our full-time property managers will be trained to take on a series of condominium corporations and townhome associations in our region, including:
Taking care of monthly board meetings
Minute taking
Presentation of financials
Facilitation of resident concerns and complaints
Execution of Board of Directors’ decisions
Oversight of the request for proposal process for quoting and coordination for maintenance issues
What can you EXPECT from our company in this role?
Annual Salary $48,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and licencing

2 weeks of paid time off
Vision care
Work Location: In person (Windsor, Ontario)
Some dinner-time meetings are required with the condo board (sometimes in person and sometimes over Zoom)
