Insight Global is seeking a Salesperson to join an Outdoor Equipment Company based in Calgary Alberta. The company is a leader in the manufacturing and retail of off-road capable trailers, as well as overlanding. Their mission is to enable their customers to experience an amazing journey to the next great destination in the outdoors.

Position Overview:

The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships to achieve company growth and profitability. This role will focus on direct selling activities and utilizing the CRM system to ensure targets are met and clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads into sales using the HubSpot CRM tool.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at events such as the Pacific Northwest, BCOR, and Toronto’s Hunting and Fishing Outdoor Event.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 + years in RV or Auto sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems, and using these symptoms to generate leads
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
